Welcome to http://www.pcguide.com/ubb/pcgubb.gif

Just about any printer out there these days.... HP tends to cost less for ink and generally has a good reputation.... Ink will be your main cost...

Hi Weeble,
Gosh, it depends on so much as to how many flyer's a cartridge would print. The design of the flyer, how big, how small, how many images, just really what all is on it, the print quality that you print in, ie: draft, custom, high, low. If you are going to use lots of colors instead of just black and white you won't get nearly the same number of copies.
Budfred has a good idea about the HP. I've heard good things about them. One that you don't want to mess with is a Lexmark. I've had two of those and they both were awful, plus the cost of the cartridges was way out. I've got a Canon now and I kinda like it better as it has separate ink tanks that can be replaced at a small cost. So as with a standard color cartridge you may run out of say the yellow but there is still some blue or red left but you can't use it and the printer will tell you to replace it. So you waste ink that way and don't get what you paid for. With the separate tanks you replace just the color that runs out. The tanks for my Canon run about $4.00 each for color and less for the black.
Good luck. LG;)
