Hi

Does anyone know of some good and hopefully not too expensive software that could be used for the following:-

Say Company A has a Word document which has had changes tracked and comments inserted etc. and they send the final version to Company B who can if they want to use software to track all changes that have been made since the creation of the document. Is there software that company A can use to basically not allow Company B see all these amendments?

Cheers in anticipation!

:D

There is a program called Office 97 Unique Identifier tool.
This also works in Office 2000. Get it here

Here you will find MS's reponse (I think) to what you are asking
