building a system need advice for mobo

hi,
a friend asked me to build a budget system and I was thinking to provide him with a mobo having integrated sound and viseo. I was thinking of this Biostar M7VIZ KM400 DDR V/S/L/U2. Does anyone have any idea if this is a decent one? stable mobo?

Yep, that's a good mobo. Very stable and some good budget features, but obviously it isn't meant for high-end users (aka overclockers). You'd think that would go without saying for a micro ATX mobo, but some of those "complaints" on Newegg say otherwise. :rolleyes:
