Hi.
Dont have any specific problems right now, and would like to keep it that way:
I purchased computer in Jan 2000 and it has been an ongoing battle to keep it up and running. It is an Hp Pavilion 6640C with Windows 98Se,IExplorer 5 browser,500mhz AMD processor,56 MB of RAM.
Today I discovered Dr Watson ( or how to access it) after reading about it in a PC magazine. I am wondering why,if Dr Watson is so valuable, why it seems hidden away on the system.
I guess my question is: How much value ( on a scale of one to ten ) do you experts place on Dr Watson in diagnosing a problem that arises on the system?
