Whats next?

First build, I plugged in, fans working, lights working. Do i istall windows xp now? or use disk that came with Abit MB? I also got a disk with Radeon 9800 pro, do i use this after installing Xp? tks

Install Windows.

Hopefully it will be up and running with it's default set of drivers.

Then run/install the various disks and drivers to fine tune the hardware.

After assembling everything, the first thing you do is install your operating system (windowsXP). Then install your drivers - these are the disks that came with the motherboard, video card, and other pieces of hardware.
