well i found a differnt in zp over 98se that i do not like one bit
i use to save web site page to mt compter and gong so it would creat e file a file folder for the picture and text nad a HTML docement file

i use to delete the yelloe file folder and just save the blue HTML file and it would good on 98se
but
on xp if i delete either one of them the other disappear to
and i like to know why it does there got to be a way to save one with out the other deleteing with it like 98se did, but so far all my test and looking hhave come up with nothing

any one got a idea

If you click on File and Save As... then in the "Save as Type" box select "Web Archive, single file (*.mht)" it will save the page as a single file with no folder. This of course is using IE6.

That's two of us learned something today. In my case though, knowledge does not bring wisdom. :D

still learn this XP stuff a lot diffrent from 98se,

ok her what happen when i try 3 differnt way to save a web page on IE6

save as/web page complete (*.htm,*html)
save web page as a yellow file folder where it store all the picture and sometime text file and and a blue HTML document file which show what the page look like in fullm but delete a picture in yellow file and it will not show up in the blue one, XP delete one file the othe disappear to, not like 98se, the way i was use to

save as/web archive single file (*,mht)
save as a single file and must smaller then the HTML ver and it keep the picture, the HTML ver does not

save as/web page, HTML only (*htm,*html)
it save the web page all right but it all test, no color photo at all, great if ther all text, but if ther photo to the page
