In Ie is there a way to block individual web pages?

In IE is there a way to block indivual webpages? I dont mean through content control I just want to prohibit access to one. Thanks.

One page or one site?

If it is an entire site then you can use the HOSTS file, or if your firewall allows you to create blocking rules that include blocking by IP you can use your firewall.....

You are running a firewall, aren't you?
