can anyone help me?

because I have lost my cd-key of Windows xp home edition.. now I'm finding some sites to get some cd-key but I can't find one... will anyone give me some cd-key or sites to get a cd-key of windows xp home edition. thanks!

If you registered and activated your product with Microsoft, you can obtain a new key by calling them directly and by responding to their questions; they charge $10.00 for the new product key.

for obvious reasons, you won't find any site holding "free winxp keys".

I could give you my key but then upon my next format & reinstall, I wouldn't be able to use it anymore :(

If you install AIDA32 (ENTERPRISE edition I Think) and run it this should give the key as well as the ID nummber

i am almost sure i did see my product key at my registry a while ago.
i just don't remember how...

If you can access your current installation then Ernie is right - AIDA will list it under Operating System.
