I need help

I just built a new computer with a AV18E spacewlker M/B and an Intel Celeron 766mhz w/256mb ram...I have and older video card that was in my old computer...My old comp was just a pentium 133mhz w/32mb ram and all of the games that my kids played worked fine. Now I supposedly have a much faster computer, more memory but, 1 of the cames the pixles break up while playing and the other has a live action video at the begining that moves really slow....Does anyone have any suggestions for me??? I really need some help.
