In Win98 how can you access the quick launch tool bar?
I do not have access to it. I use to have access to it.

Right click on taskbar > Toolbars > Quick Launch.

The usual way is right click on the windows tool bar and go to Toolbars and then New Toolbar. From here you can chose what you want to link to. Alternativly, drag any item or folder to the far edge of the screen and release the mouse button. This will then create a new quick launch toolbar for the item you dragged.
