Let me explain and then maybe someone can help here. I have the OEM Logitech mouse that came with my Dell Dimension L800r. Whenever scrolling (with wheel)over an Internet Explorer (6.0) window, wherever the cursor is, the text will be broken up and unreadable. To avoid this, I have to move the cursor to the side of the window (scroll bar) when scrolling.
Also, the cursor blinks off and on a lot within Internet Explorer. It will disappear when scrolling. Any ideas of how to remedy both of these "curses"? I have the newest Logitech Mouse driver. I don't have these problems in any other application.
