phone number not dialling

I connect to the internet using a freephone number, for some reason this number does not work but any other number is ok, i can connect using any other number but this one, any ideas, i even tried using hyperterminal but it told me that the number was barred from this computer?

dont worry I have now found the fault

the phone number was blacklisted by some other program. i searched the registry for the word blacklist and found it, deleted it, and now its OK
