I Vote for UPS

Because they go or can get that box everywhere Including Australia :)

USPS recently took a bunch of material from a conference that I had attended, help me put it in a box that they provided and shipped it to me. A few weeks later I received the original brochure for the conference which had my address on it from when they originally sent it to me. NOTHING else ever arrived and they took no responsibility for it. All the business cards, all the literature... everything I had gathered was gone and never to be retrieved.

Another time, several years ago, USPS delivered some pictures I had sent out to be developed. The package included several floppy disks (CDs were not used regularly then) with the pictures. It arrived with tire marks across the package and the floppies were ruined. Again, they took no responsibility and said that I couldn't prove they were the ones who ran over the package...

UPS once delivered a package of a computer part that had obviously been tampered with. The original UPS label had been removed and the label was now handwritten. When I called, they had no explanation and made no effort to explain or apologize.

I use FedEX whenever possible....

UPS gets my vote. I've never once had a problem with them. In fact my driver goes out of his way to deliver my packages first because he knows they are usually computer parts and I need them. FedEx on the other hand can't even find my house and several times I've had to drive clear into town to their office to get my packages, of course no apology or anything.
Budfred they must operate different in different states for there to be such a wide difference in the service.
As for USPS, not unless I have no other choice! :p
