Starting to become a "Main Liner" I got to have more. http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/biggrin.gif
I usually keep two windows active while on line one for what I am doing at the time and the other with pcguide so I can keep up with new posts. Alot of times you get answers to questions you didn't even know you had. Know what I mean?

Absolutely!
I liken it to a Trivia Game...
Oft times I'll read a new post, or even one in progress...I'm not sure of the exact answer, but have some ideas...I'll hang back and wait for one of the "Big Kahunas" to set things straight...and, find it exhilarating when I'm on the right track...and, educational when I miss. And, jump in when I can be personally helpful...man, it's a win/win situation!
Now, how many things in life can get that good! http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

Are you kidding??? I spend more time here than I do sleeping...Thought about setting it as my start page too, but I keep a local weather page there instead (I hate TV), it's not too hard to click a link in favorites...

Knowing is power. You can never know too much. I try to learn something new everday. With the PC guide I learn more than just a few things, again great sight. I now feel comfortable replaying to some, not all, so I guess I am a PC Guide junkie and proud of it. I still have alot of questions, but try to reframe from asking them all. You all have led me in the right direction for troubling shooting. I have now been working, trying, to network 2 computers together. Microsoft articles are very confusing on win 98 se peer to peer. I have been to several other sights and read tech books and networking is still confusing. Did take advice and went to wal mart and bought Linksys for networking. Will post couple of questions on how to. Pete and Charles you do a great job, many, many, thanks. Andy and one day I will be a pro too?????????????????????????????????? http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/biggrin.gif Excuse spelling and grammar.

A PC junkie... hmmmmmmmm ... well 4 years ago not one computer in my house, now have 6 with a 7th on the way, also been certified along the way with many certs, so I would have to say .... probably LMAO .... within the first year, had an MCSE, and A+, since then many many of them ... and had a networking comapany 18 months after I bacame an addict, sold it last spring, thought I was going to retire. 3 months after thought hey lets try my hand at another one, but a part time one, once your hooked your hooked ... Figured out 39 was a bit young to retire anyway ...
