I think that this process hackers and trojans,worms etc. use for their control of your PC.
In Zonealarm you can easily configure access rights (especially block server) and protect your PC.
what is your opinion about that?

It depends on your setup.
On a Peer2Peer network you will find that
It is required for some of the network features to work.

I have it set to allow access to the local network only and BLOCK all internet access on one system

You will need to test it on your own system and setup
If it isn't required for your system disable the service
