You could poke around at proxomitron (http://www.proxomitron.info/) or the forums there. It has just about been phased out but is free.

From your other related post, bear in mind that when you are communicating over the internet that unless the TCP/IP packets that have been sent out have your (or your proxy's) ip address on them - then nothing that you are requesting out there, (such as to download a web-page), could ever find its way back to your pc.

From a security point of view, the ports that the various processes are using are of much greater relevance. You can only "obscure" your ip addy - you cant hide it - and if you did - then the internet would be virtually useless to you.

You don't need a proxy to be secure. You could use NAT and/or a firewall set to deny incoming traffic unless the connection was initiated by you. You could also use additional rules lists and ACL's from around the web. But, here ya go
