Win 2000 shutdown problem?

Windows 2000 service pack 2, everytime on shutdown the blue screen appears with the following message....
STOP:0x0000009F (0x00000002, 0xF9D9A020, 0xF9D90150, 0x00000000)
DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE

Yep that worked, at least the damn thing shuts down properly now.....just got one more problem though......I`ll put it on a new post..
