Help, please, with AVG update

When I was gone, I got months behind on my AVG. Went to update, and found that I need an update version, then can "read" the monthly update. I don't know which version of update I should install. My AVG is 6.0.489, and it's not on the list.

No hurry, have to get offline now, but need help when you have time.

Is yours professional or free edition? If it's free edition download the latest version of the program itself(not just the virus definitions).If it's a professional edition, it's a two part update, go to http://www.grisoft.com/us/us_updt6.php?pri=3.Now select the bottom most update(where it states 'minimum required version=0'), which updates your version to 6.0.516. Then go to the 4th on the list(where it states 'minimum required version=516), which updates your version to 6.0.555, which i believe is the latest. :)
