BLUE SCREEN APPEARED !!!!

There was a blue screen appeared on my computer every time i started to load from Cd_Rom or started my computer, it said " Error , A fatal exception OE has occurred at 0028:C1703B8E( or sometime is 017F:BFF9DFFF OR 17A7:00000CFF) in VXDEMU10K1(10)+0001273E. The current application will be terminated, press any keys to return to Windows or press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart your computer blah blah " and it didn't load the CD when i pressed a key.I don't know how to fix it up and now i can't use my CD Driver anymore. Did you recently install a sound card or any thing else?
Sounds like a corrupt driver, post back and answer this question and ill tell you what to do from there.

As far as the cdrom goes, have you cleaned it, or tried several other cd's in it?
And for the starting your computer part, sounds like a driver error, or new hardware you installed not working right.
