I had been running Quicken 2000, which prevented me from going to STANDBY with my windows XP system. I got instructions on disabling Quicken's 'Background Download Manager,' which cured the problem.
I've just installed Quicken 2004 and the STANDBY problem is back again.
Quicken's Chat Room is a nightmare to navigate and they keep dropping me off. Can anyone offer any suggestions? I understand this is a common problem.
