help me about XP

I usually save as some page to view it offline.
But now, when I click mouse on a page ( save as ) in my computer, it appear error ( view pic in link : http://www.ttvnforum.com/lonestar/error.gif )
if I choose Send Error Report or DOn't Send, It'll close my windows has the page save as.
how can I fix this error ?

This is probably related to the problem you noted in your other thread.... Hopefully it will resolve when you fix the hijacker...
