go here get http://www.merijn.org/downloads.html
Get HiJack This run it and copy and paste the log here it also wouldn't hurt to get spybot S&D and CW Shredder and spyware Blaster

Especially for cases like this, it is good to have a second browser ready ; Firebird is perfect for the purpose.
The first thing I would do, would be to download Spybot S&D and Ad-Aware and run them both, one after the other.
If this doesn't fix the problem, then I might try Hijack This.
BTW, I noticed that Ad-Aware, on particularly badly infected computers, can hang. In this case I would close it (Ctrl-Alt-Del or just stop/restart the pc if this doesn't work either) and then run Ad-Aware again, but only until it has checked its first few thousand files. If it has detected things at this stage, these will always be registry problems, and I noticed that if you fix these problems first and then run Ad-Aware again, it will not hang anymore.

You may also have a trojan or worm on your system. Update your virus scan and run a through test. I'd recommend doing this before running Spybot and/or Ad-aware.

I've found AdAware (http://www.lavasoft.de) to be extremely effective.

Run either spybot or AdAware (or both, rebooting between each one).fix what they find, then post the HijackThis log here.

I am not 100% sure, but I think this one is a job for Shredder, post the log and I'll know...
