What OS? Open Internet Explorer, click Tools, Internet options then click theAdvanced tab. Put a tick in the box next to Disable script debugging, then click Apply then OK. Close IE. If that doesn't help you may need to run the full set of security scans as this particular error is also caused by a parasite found commonly in many file-sharing programs, such as Grokster, iMesh, FreeWire, and KaZaA.
