Any suggestions for desktop pub software?

HI...I need to create a small pamphlet kind of thing and was wondering what software would be good for that? Word? Publisher? Something from Adobe? Not sure which route to go. I'm running Windows 2000 Pro.

If this is only a one-off job, then Word can be made to do quite a lot in the page layout line I have used Word97 for a lot of leaflets,. with perfectly satisfacory results.

If this ongoing, then a desktop publishing program is the way to go. I don't know Publisher. Page Plus is good, and even better, cheap when compared to some of the heavyweights like Pagemaker!

I would suggest Publisher as the best to go for, version 97 or 98. but as suggested if you have only a few to do then you can probably get by with word.
