Hello All,
I am trying to get an estimate of total power dissipation in modern high end PCs - say with 2 GHz processors and like 4-10 GB RAMs. - Power dissipation not involving the monitor. Is there any direct source for this?

thnx
sridhar.

unless someone has a direct link most of what i see are PDF files.you can find them on www.google.com (http://www.google.com) might try under power management??

mostly what you'll find typing power dissipation will be heat related to the cpu. Oh and welcome to PC Guide
