Many of the keys, like End, Home, Fn, PgUp, PgDn, Ctrl, etc. aren't working on our Netlux laptop's keyboard.

Sticky Keys isn't activated, and I've looked in Device Mgr... it says the keyboard is working properly.

None of the other areas in Win XP for keyboard customization address what to do if various keys aren't working. They seem to operate just fine... they don't stick. They just don't activate anything on screen.

System had Win ME prior to upgrading to XP and they were problematic in ME, as well. I hoped that the upgrade would fix the problem, but nothing changed.

Any ideas on how to fix this??

Thanks!

How old is the laptop? Hopefully covered by warranty?

The laptop is a Pentium 3, and I believe it's 3-4 years old, not under warranty. It works fine, except for this issue.

Thanks for your reply, btw. Any suggestions are very much appreciated!

Probably your best bet is to contact Netlux. They may have seen this problem before and might be able to offer a solution.
