Thanks for your email to blueyonder Technical Support.

We are aware of this situation.

The problem you are having is to do with Intel's Pentium 4 processor using Hyperthreading wich is not compatible with USB Modem Drivers. The only suggestions we have at the moment is to Install a NIC, or to disable Hyperthreading within your BIOS. The NIC being the most recommended.

I hope this resolves your problem

Really good of them that wasnt it only took em 7 days im well pissed off ..

Why not ask if they are going to supply the network to go along with the NIC ?

Or is this a USB dsl modem your working with ?
( Or is it For Dial up Modem ) ?
