Need to know what memory I need

I went to www.crucial.com to find out what memory I need to upgrade a friend's desktop, but could not get on to the site. Is there another site that will help me??

I could access the site just fine, maybe they had a temporary downtime? Anyway, you can always use this site (http://www.pcguide.com/vb/showthread.php?s=&postid=165596#post165596) to figure out what memory to use :D Just post mobo brand & type and the indigenous populance will be happy to assist...
