C-Dilla Anti-Copyright Spyware Blocker

Ok, I keep getting C-Dilla registry keys, and files every 2 weeks being detected by spybot search and destroy and having to remove them. Can someone tell me any programs or methods to block this lethal spy from being downloaded or installed?

Don't use last year's Intuit TurboTax software is one....it had that crap on it.
You have to do a zero fill minimum to get rid of it, it is said to copy between Windows data and doesn't get overwritten even if HDD is formatted.
A new HDD is the best way to assure it is not there anymore, IMHO.
It isn't as much as a spy as a block for burners.

I scanned with spybot and it found nothing. Then I scanned with webroot spy sweeper and it found c-dilla files and in my registry. Why's that? Also, I manually searched for the world 'dilla' in my registry and found these: I tried to delete these from my registry in safe mode and an error came up every time I tried to delete them:???

There set to read only right click the key and alter its properties ...
