I am installing a ISA soundblaster card model# ct4170. by creative labs, does anyone know what site, so i can download the driver for it. thanks NANCY:rolleyes:

I like Driverguide.com as a source for drivers

Select members logon
Name: Drivers
password: all

In the search box put in the info you have on the card. I can't hotlink you there as you need to login. But I found 2 different drivers submitted by members for your card. You may need to try both. That is if you can't find your drivers at the soundblaster site.

well i found the ISA sound card drivers, and downloaded them to the hard drive c:, and to the floppy, the problem now is istalling them. Being WNT 4.0 sucks i have to go to devices to load the driver, but when i do it says IRQ 2 already in use, i have installed win diagnostics for dell on here so when i look at devices in the diagnostics #2 is not in use, i guess i should check to see if there are jumpers on ISA sound card??????:( HELP!!!!

That card should like IRQ 5 best, most ISA sound cards did. Every Sound Blaster I've used has done well on 5.
