I hope someone can help with this problem.
I've got a CMI8738 SOundcard installed on my PC, running W2K. All the correct drivers are installed too, however I can't get my speaker to work proberly. I have a set of Genius 5.1 speakers, these have 2 cables which attach into the back of the bass box, then into the soundcard. I can get sound out the rear and bass box, but not the front set of speakers. I've tried every configeration. When I installed the driver I notice a new file called mixer.exe, when I try and open this nothing happens. I've been on both hardwears site and they down't seem to give out much info.
Has anyone had this same problem, and how did you/can you fix it?
