I have an ECS K7S6A mobo with v. 1.0f BIOS. In Device Manager under system there is a conflict in motherboard resources which I cannot resolve. Does anyone know what it means and how to solve the problem.

I have tried everything I can think of but I am only a casual tinkerer!

We are going to need a lot more info to be helpful to you. Is this a new system that you just built and had this problem, was it working okay and then went bad, have you recently done any hardware changes/software changes, what troubleshooting have you done already, what are the rest of the specs and anything else you can think of that might help us understand what is going on??????

It's a new mobo and has, as far as I can tell, always had this problem. I bought it several months ago and have only just got around to installing the OS. It has been a completely fresh install with no rollover problems from any other tinkering.
