every time i turn on my pc windows 98 SE asked me please insert sound card cd rom after i install driver sound card work properly and when i restart my pc this proplem apper again an so....

Hello Hany and welcome,
Try this, reboot into "SafeMode"(during startup, hit F8, select SafeMode), Go into Control panel>System>Device manager and remove all instances of your soundcard. Reboot normaly and let it install the soundcard again.

Is this something that just started? Does this MOBO have onboard sound and you are having problems with an add on card? More system info will help us alot. http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/cool.gif
