Hi install winxp home on my computer i did a clean install everything is working expect for a few file, the picture look like Mircosoft picture with the corner of the picture bent over, please tell me what should I do with these and how do I fix it. I winzip 8.1 but that works like crap. Thanks please help.

Umm, could you please clarify what exactly your problem is?
Could you give the names of some of the problem files?

They sound like they could be shortcuts. If right clicking on one and choosing properties brings up two tabs, General and Shortcut, this should confirm that. The line under target in the Shortcut Tab should indicate what it is pointing to.

I will try to send a picture but sure how to do it so if does not come please let me know and maybe you can show me how I will print screen and attach that here goes bare with me thanks. Everytime I try to send the picture I says the file is to big I send them in jpg.bmp etc,etc. Please help so I can show somebody these file.
This is what it says,
The file that you have tried to attach is too big. The maximum size is 20000 bytes.

couple ways of doing it open the picture in paint click image cick stretch\skew resize the picture

All those file lok like they cannot work I did a clean install of win xp home ed. please help this is from day one, about 2 week now.

Hi spanky,What do you mean by that ? why do you think there is a problem with those files ? Did you try to open them by any chance ?

Those files have no extensions and have no reference to any program.
In Yoda's case, they do have extensions but still no reference to a program.
Basically, that is quite normal for any operating system.
Simply put, nothing is wrong. :)
