View Full Version : XP Shutdown=re-start??

My Athlon 1.4 GB system after installing XP restarts on shutdown. I suspect that my Matrox 400 max video card may be the problem since shutdown is normal when driver is disabled. Installed the latest drivers, supposedly XP compatible, but all I get is a re-start on shutdown.
Any suggestions appreciated.

Go to Matox is website and see if they have any issues about this problem, email them if you have to. See ya
