Explorer has an error...

Help Me

I keep getting this error that "Explorer has an error to do with kernel.dll the program will terminate"
What do I do?

Thanks for your reply andyswork but that webadres doesn't work it says: "HTTP 404 - File not Found"

If you have IE 5.0 or later there is a repair option built in ( Explorer is part of the IE interface ) go to add/remove programs andclick remove for IE, this should bring up a dialog box giving you a repair option.
