Building a clone PC

I plan to build a clone PC, but dont know where to buy quality parts at low $$cost$$ in Florida or in the net. Is it possible to build a P4 3.0 ghz (FSB 800ghz) with a $300 budget?

Looks like a P4 3.0 is about $225.00 from a reputable source...

Not much left to go around....:(

I think what Whyzman is saying, if you can get past the animation, is NO.... The CPU alone will cost you most of that budget... For $300 you could build a decent AMD system, but nowhere near state of the art....
