phone dialer

I'm using win98, there's this phone dialer thingy and I'm trying to figure out how to convert my headset to the phone, so that I don't have to pick up the phone after dialing, I'll just stay on my seat and talk through the built-in mic on my headphone.
Can anybody tell me?
Also, how do I delete speed-dial? I can't find the delete command.

dont know about setting headset/speakers and mics, but to delete numbers from speed dial.

click on......

speed dial: >edit>speed dial>select number>delete
