Treysha,
Did you run Spyware Blaster, an updated antivirus, SpyBot S&D and AdAware prior to the log? If not, please do and resubmit a new log. It helps shorten the list.

What I've found so far is one Spyware to remove:
O2 - BHO: HTML Source Editor - {05BBB56A-2A69-4a5c-BFDA-43295DD67434} - C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\winy.dll

and one unknown:
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {D260C1D0-7980-4C6C-A441-BEC847773A8B} - C:\WINDOWS\xQ21tQ8Hi.dll

Budfred

These are also bad and need to be marked/fixed. Make sure to close all windows and your browser, the use HJT to fix:

O2 - BHO: NavErrRedir Class - {0428FFC7-1931-45b7-95CB-3CBB919777E1} - C:\PROGRA~1\PERFEC~1\BHO\PERFEC~1.DLL
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {3643ABC2-21BF-46B9-B230-F247DB0C6FD6} - C:\Program Files\E2G\IeBHOs.dll
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [IST Service] C:\Program Files\ISTsvc\istsvc.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [updmgr] C:\Program Files\Common files\updmgr\updmgr.exe
O16 - DPF: {556DDE35-E955-11D0-A707-000000521958} - http://www.winaplasmatvnow.com/winy.cab
O16 - DPF: {65B818E1-F4D8-4F96-A1DF-35F3D1C86194} (limmyloding.limmyform) - http://mmm.roings.com/roing.cab
O16 - DPF: {E2F2B9D0-96B9-4B25-B90C-636ECB207D18} - http://www.whenusearch.com/WUInstSECS.cab
O16 - DPF: {F5192746-22D6-41BD-9D2D-1E75D14FBD3C} (ddm_download.ddm_control) - http://download.rfwnad.com/cab/crack.CAB

I also recommend fixing this:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [P2P Networking] C:\WINDOWS\System32\P2P Networking\P2P Networking.exe /AUTOSTART
O16 - DPF: {1D6711C8-7154-40BB-8380-3DEA45B69CBF} (Web P2P Installer) -

and then Removing this in Add/Remove Programs. It is associated with Kazaa and that is probably why you were infested in the first place. If you would like to learn about safer file sharing programs, check out the article in the link below:

C:\WINDOWS\System32\P2P Networking\P2P Networking.exe

Article about file sharing: http://www.spywareinfo.com/articles/p2p/

It is probably best to remove that program in Safe Mode and you also need to remove this one, so reboot to Safe Mode and find it and remove it:

C:\Program Files\Common files\updmgr\updmgr.exe >>> Folder

When you complete the fixes, please reboot and post a new HJT log here to see if we got it all....

I'll let Budfred do the list because he has the database to do the whole list. I just do one at a time with Google  But I noticed you don't have SP-1 for Internet Explorer 6 installed. You should though, so I suggest getting it from the Windows Update page.

I lied. Sorrry...

Find and fix this:

O2 - BHO: LBBHO - {EFD84954-6B46-42f4-81F3-94CE9A77052D} - C:\WINDOWS\lbbho.dll

it is adware.

..and this:
O3 - Toolbar: My &Search Bar - {0494D0D9-F8E0-41ad-92A3-14154ECE70AC} - C:\Program Files\MyWay\myBar\3.bin\MYBAR.DLL

it is a hijacker.

Budfred

FTT nailed it on that first one and that is the only definite malware in the log, but this is still present, did you try fixing it. If you didn't, it would be a good idea to do so. If you did already, they rebooting to Safe Mode, run HJT and see if you can fix it from there:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {D260C1D0-7980-4C6C-A441-BEC847773A8B} - C:\WINDOWS\xQ21tQ8Hi.dll

And I agree with FTT about getting rid of this, even though it is not technically malware, it opens the door for other malware and you are better off without it. There are safer free alternatives.....

O3 - Toolbar: My &Search Bar - {0494D0D9-F8E0-41ad-92A3-14154ECE70AC} - C:\Program Files\MyWay\myBar\3.bin\MYBAR.DLL

If you want to get rid of an unnecessary resource hog, fix this:

O4 - Global Startup: Microsoft Office.lnk = C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\OSA9.EXE

And I suggest fixing this one just to be safe. If it is legit, it will be restored when you revisit the site:

O16 - DPF: {B24F0664-7DDA-40B6-B38C-A4FD68DE8685} - http://202.148.173.100/main/Install...aDownloader.cab
O16 - DPF: {EF99BD32-C1FB-11D2-892F-0090271D4F88} - http://us.dl1.yimg.com/download.yah...ebio5_0_2_7.cab

You definitely need to update that WinXP or you will get hit by Blaster and other nasties...

Please reboot and run HJT again when you finish these things. Let up know how things are going and if you decided to keep anything so we know that it wasn't a failed fix....

Your log looks clean, but you still need to follow FTT's suggestion to update WinXP and IE to SP1 with critical updates. Without it you remain vulnerable to Blaster and several other nasty bits of malware....

Once done with that, you need to make sure that your antivirus is kept up to date, you have a good firewall, you run spyware blockers like SpywareBlaster and IE-Spyads and you use safe surfing which means staying away from Kazaa and the like....

If you are still having any problems, post back with details...
