I need help....I doadloaded the AMD patch from Microsofts update page,
and now when I restarted XP I get the following Message:
Please help!!!!!

I think I would remove that patch if possible in SAFE mode.

My own thoughts exactly - but you could also try booting to "Last known Good" or running system restore if you can get in through safe mode.

Thanks Guy's for your advice, but it will not boot in Safe or Last Good!
The only option I see, is to re-install or repair Install.
One way I loose all data, the other I may be able to save some with
F.A.S.T....What do you think?????

If a Repair Installation (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;315341&Product=winxp) completes successfully your data should be quite OK.
