Full Wide screen in PowerDVD

I have power DVD 5.0. Can someone tell me how to get full screen mode with widescreen, as it always seems to stretch the picture inwards and make everyone skinny. I can't find anything in options to make it full widescreen

Try setting Pan and Scan to other than 'off', and Keep Aspect Ratio should be checked.

yes but where are these? there is nothing in the settings for this??
