Win XP
This is a new, clean, install of XP.

When I try to log into check my web mail at eudora and hotmail I get knocked back. I am entering the correct user names and passwords. Cookies are enabled (I am using different computer to post this)

When I try to log in here my user name and password are accepted, and I recieve the welcome back message, but when I try to post this I am told I am not logged in. (hope that last bit is clear)

I have installed Kerio firewall as opposed to ZA so thought that this would be the cause as I am finding it hard to understand what to do in it. So I disabled firewall to check. No difference.

Cookies are set to ask for permission in Opera. When I visit a site (any site) all cookies ask permission as they should. In IE default cookie handling.

Any ideas?

I have by searching the net managed to find solution as follows

When I went pages that had ads on them the ad was replaced with the following message: Ad Blocked By KPF.

Searched for that in google and come up with Kerio firewall. So went into Kerio and deselected the Ad blocking and all cookie filtering. I can now log into sites.

Question to any Krio Personal firewall user(s).
Is there a setting that allows me to allow Kerio to block ads and use cookie filtering, but still alow me to log into sites using cookies?

Sounds like you are using KPF 4.x....there should be a "whitelist" option to allow to set sites you don't want blocked. It will most likely be under the Admin section (I am still using KPF2.x so I/m not too familiar with the added features of the 4 series...)
