I have an old (1999) Packard Bell Club 400. Windows 98

Is it possible to install a PCI add-on graphics card, Voodoo or the like, and link it to the existing SiS620V chip set which is built in to the mother board.
The Skye motherboard has no AGP slot and I am attempting to improve the graphics.

Any advice will be appreciated.

You can probably disable the onboard SIS graphics chip in bios. But even if you can't, a PCI graphics card should be recognized by the PC with no problem.

Just insert the new card and attach a monitor to it. The new graphics adapter should come with instructions on how to do this.

Is there a specific reason that you are attempting to upgrade the graphics on this machine??
