Check all the advanced settings for your display adapter and if everything is enabled that should be, try reinstalling your video card drivers.
If you have questions, we can walk you through it. Also, more will come with great suggestions.

1. Download the latest drivers for your card.
2. Keep your game resolution same as the desktop resolution.
3. The following fix worked for many;
Click Start / Run.
Type "win.ini" (without quotes) and press OK.
Search for a line that says "DVA=0" (without the quotes).
Add a semicolon (before the DVA (the line should now look like this: ";DVA=0" (without quotes))
Save and close the file
If you find this causes more problems, just take out the semicolon.

Okay I have gone to the asus website and downloaded the latest drivers (I think :)) went to run and entered win.ini and DVA=0 is not on the list . I uninstalled Call of Duty and reinstalled withthe same problem " Could not load OpenGL " Whats next , my kids are talking about a lynching LOL Thanks
I would try a driver set from nVidia instead of the Asus set....

No no, get the drivers from NVidia's website, not Asus. Asus just assembled the video card while NVidia actually made the chip. They know what's best!
