This was in my security screening/firewall report:

04/09/2004 23:57:17 Port Scan Minor Incoming TCP

These two 6 times total:

4.155.6.170

4.155.30.237

scanning these ports: 135, 3127, 3410, 1025, 6129


I tried hitting on the addresses, but got no results. Does this mean anything to anyone?

Probably hackers probing your system, as long as your firewall blocks it, you are fine.... There are people probing all the time with bots and such, if you pay too much attention, it will drive you crazy.... Just keep your firewall up and use other security.....

thanks, Budfred, Nah, not driving me, just a little curious. BTW where did the word 'bot' come from for use in computers? What actually is a bot?
