How do I change the language used in Win 98SE pse?
The pc was donated by a foreign friend.
I went into Regional Settings but that only changed part of it.

Add/Remove Programs > Windows Setup tab

You may need a 98SE disk if you don't have the cab files on the harddrive.

Yes, Go where FTT said, it should say multilanguage support or something similar and you check the box. It will then probably ask for files.
