I'm running Windows 98SE on a standalone PC. Someone is offering to upload a zipped file of several hundred MB to an FTP server of my choice, but I am uncertain how to go about it.
Do I require additional software, and what will be the most cost-effective way, considering that this could be a one-off or an infrequently-used requirement.
An important consideration is the the server would have to support
resumed downloads.
