Please Someone Help Me!

okay i'm going absolutely crazy...everytime I exit out of internet explorer a stupid error msg pops up and says that microsoft internet explorer has ecountered a probem....I checked to see what it was and it's saying
AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106 ModName: wsem217.dll
ModVer: 1.0.0.1 Offset: 00002830

PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME HOW TO GET RID OF THIS! PLEEEEEEASE!

I searched everywhere for wsem217.dll and I also downloaded many pc doctors but they didn't work!

Would you post the "exact" error message and which Operating System you are using??
