Hey all, I'm new to this Windows forum and am wondering if I could get some general help.

So lately, I've been playing around with xp and it's settings. I am wondering if anybody knows a site or has any insight on which "non plug and play" drivers I should disable in device manager. The branch appears only when you click View, Show hidden devices.

Thanks in advance with appreciation,

Terry

The most sensible way to do things in WIN XP: blackviper (www.blackviper.com) .
Look for Services Configurations.

Thank you prntrhd, however I need one for the drivers. I've gotten the services down a long time ago. If you go to device manager, click on show hidden devices, a list of non plug and play drivers appear---almost like services.msc. Much like blkviper's services site, I'm wondering if anyone knows a site for the drivers so that I may chose which drivers are to be loaded upon startup. I need information about the drivers and what they correlate to in order to chose wisely.

Please help.
