I start my computer up...he when he begins to charge Windows he reboots.
What's the problem and the solution?

More system information is needed....processor, motherboard, memory how many dirves, what size power supply and so on...

It's a question that I had from a teacher...and he did not specified processor, motherboard, memory and so on.......
Can you tell me what the main reason can be??????
I thought not enough memory or power supply that wasn't enough....and maybe a problem with the HD....
